While the hand is examining the delicate skin....
Zaw Htet, A young doctor, sensed his heart beating faster.
"Is that your picture?"
With lying on the patient bed, she asked something to the young doctor by pointing the photo next to her.
Zaw Htet takes off his stethoscope from the ear and asked “Huh! What did you say?”
When she makes a bright smile, a spark from a small diamond on her tooth flashed obviously.
"I asked is that your picture? Because the lad in the photo is handsome and attractive.”
"Of course, that's my photo in my young age. Nothing special! Just to remember my youth!”
"So are you a model?"
"No..No! At that time, my friend lured me to make a model. I attended model class for a while, but it was over! I am not now!”
When he replied awkwardly, she laughed quietly and said.
"I bet you must be a successful model if you continue your career due to your good-looking face," she praised him by looking at his face.
“By the way, my name is Ms. Phyu Lae Yee. I opened modeling school next to the street, not too far from your clinic.”
Zaw gives a nod to recognize her introduction, though her name and age has already noted in the clinic book.
With the branded makeup and sophisticated manner with a perfect scent, she had covered her appearance of 35-year-old woman definitely. She seems like a young 20-year-old lady.
"So you are a model?"
When Phyu heard his voice, she laughed a lot.
"I only just opened a modeling class as my career, but I am not a model! You know I really wanted to be a doctor since childhood. Unfortunately, I got typhoid fever before my matriculation exam and stayed at the hospital for ten days. As a result, I missed out the entrance to medical school. It had been a long time since 15 years ago. Finally, I went out to foreign country to continue my education. I learned both modeling and designers- both took part in my interest. When I decided to resettle in this country again, I didn't need to think much because I already chose to open model class, that was my other interest."
Since then, he had started noticing that attractive woman.

A surprise surged when she put the box on the desk.
"What's this?"
"A Gift For you."
He thought no one would accept that kind of present from an unfriendly patient who met for less than a month.
"Bring it back! No need to do so!"
With surprising manner, she asked: "Why? Did your teacher ever teach you not to accept a gift from a well-intentioned patient, Humm?"
"No, no, not like that."
"Then, is it due to worthless?"
It was clear she will insist until he accept. Personally, he assumes he should not take any gifts from a female patient, but he thought that should be acceptable too because of her good will.
"Then, please let it here. Thanks for your present!"
"Oh, your word! You know I'll come to you later."
Looking at the attractive woman, he heaved a sigh of relief silently.

"what's going on? I notice you are gasping your breath many times. Don't you enjoy with me?"
Poe Wathone, his girlfriend, said with dissatisfaction. He sighed confusingly and replied.
"Nothing at all! It was just my problem, not concerned with you."
"No, no, I know you're always thinking about something in these days. Let me know what is wrong?"
By observing his manner and feeling all the time, she know something is wrong for sure.
"I'm just thinking about the patient, probably the disease difficult to treat."
Luckily, she does not continue her query again as the answer make sense.
In fact, the disease is directly related with him. To be honest, he suspected himself getting that disease because of a girl so-called Phyu.

In these days, he had been very close to Phyu.
There is no way to decline for getting closer with Phyu because she came to his clinic every day. The biggest problem is just one thing - her attractive manner. Being a young doctor, who had not been much experience in such case might be a real problem while facing a close-up relationship with a beautiful girl like Phyu who also tend towards him.
Frankingly, she is beautiful and graceful enough compared with other ordinary girls. As a woman, she had a distinct character of gorgeous face with long stylish hair, making her more graceful and mature, which is unlike Poe, just a cute girl.
For him, the biggest problem was Poe, who had never betrayed him since they become fall in love, so how can he left alone this cute girl, who had been a couple for over three years.

Zaw Htet's voice make her into complete silence.
"What did you say? If it is a joke, please don’t do me like that"
When she is talking with pathetic manner, he felt upset a while. Nevertheless, he suddenly changes to a stern expression.
"Look! It's not a joke. I’ve decided to break up with you."
This was the craziest moment for such couple. Tears are flowing down from her eye prominently.
"What's wrong with me?"
"No, that is not your fault. Just my problem! I apologize you! Please."

A tense horrified voice can’t leave his ear until now.

"What are you thinking about?"
His sense came back to the present day when a voice coming through the ear. The voice came from Ms. Phyu, who was just sitting beside him. Looking at her graceful face with the soft and fluttering hair, his heart beat was fasting.
Phyu became his girlfriend since he left Poe. Phyu loved him a lot, even not letting to disappear from her sight for a millisecond, so he couldn't go away. Now they were sitting in a couple chairs next to the Inya Lake.
"Zaw Htet“
”What?”
"When are we getting married?"
"I haven't told my parents yet."
Phyu let out a sigh and gazed at him.
"I don't want to be missed because of our age difference. I want to be married to you within this year if you approved. It would be safer to get married soon. I am afraid that your parents are not allowed to me.”
He was so upset by her words and despondent manner. It was fair that she worried enough because of their age difference for ten years. Zaw Htet smiled with sympathy.
"Don't worry too much. My father will always be as I want. Don't be afraid that we separated."
Phyu smiles when she heard his words. As usual, a tiny diamond on the teeth sparkle with flash.

Zaw and Phyu agreed on their marriage date by themselves and decided to let their parents know after their secret marriage has ended. That's exactly what Phyu wanted.
"If I am just separated from you, I would gonna die."
This heart touching words make him to arrange their marriage immediately. Then on, he has already requested his close friend and his senior doctor, Dr. Kyaw, as their witness in the court.
His bachelor time will be over soon.
Thinking back on his decision, he confused it was really good or not. Would it be fair to decide by himself as a son who had always consulted everything to his parents before this secret marriage? He confused in this case. When he asked an advice from his senior Dr. Kyaw, he flattered like a young.
"Hey, don't think twice again. Just keep doing what you want to do. You both are a good match. There is no one like Phyu who love you so much.”
The last word makes him to remembering Poe because Poe also love him too much enough to leave alone, at the time when he apologized her to end up their 3-year-relationship. All these times are over. He has already chosen Phyu. He thinks there is no way to meet her again in life.

In the Morning of marriage day.
A call coming from Dr. Kyaw in the early morning. His sound is not good.
"Poe is now in the hospital, the emergency department. She arrived yesterday by taking the whole bottle of burmeton due to tendency to suicide. All her condition is still watching. So, once you have signed in the court, you should go and look at her condition. I will be coming to court shortly."
Zaw suddenly felt a bad feeling because of that message, which make him to remember their past. Actually, he was thinking about Poe yesterday. When zaw heard Poe's condition, he feels guilty because all the situations resulting from his decision. Poe is still in love with him. Anyway, his side has already chosen Phyu. In a while, he and Phyu will be going to get married in court.
At this time, Phyu's voice came out of her room suddenly.
"If you don’t mind, could you take me please the scarf out of the car I left. The court time was in due.”
He is wondering if the women always want to make order before they became a partner. While he is getting towards the car and take the scarf in the back of the car, then he had in action closing the back door, he suddenly noticed an NRC card putting on the front dashboard.
At the moment, his face was turning pale like seeing a ghost when he saw the photo from the NRC. The face of a man named "Mr. Phyo Lwin Ye" is looking at him from the photo outside.
"This...this is Phyu."
The world was spinning enough.

He realized the truth behind it that both are the same person. While he is trying to cope with all the shocking truth of the real event, each and every scene and story is coming into his mind and figured out the truth behind it. Now, he was sweating completely.
Once he thought Phyu as a sheep, was actually a wolf. He was well deceived by Phyu, then he also deceived Poe in turn. Now He was deceived by fate again. Finally, Phyu tricked him into marrying her.
He finally realized the nature of people that a sweet one can even be much more frightening than others. It is not a thought, just like a full sense in whole heart.
"Hey, Come quickly after taking a scarf. Just let's go to the court."
A voice coming out steadily from behind, it must be Phyu. His heart beat fast again when the door was closed and he quickly turned around, he faced Ma Phyu who would be his wife in a few minutes. Suddenly, some words by Dr. Kyaw said once in the past, coming again into his mind.
"It is a pity! There are hundreds of people living in such way in this world."
